Key Account Manager - Fixnet Business Sales Nawras

The Role

The Role As a Key Account Manager (KAM) Fixnet Business Sales you will be managing the accounts of key enterprises customers from the business sector in Oman. You will be focusing on increasing revenue and customer retention by meeting and exceeding customer's needs.You will be focusing on selling fixnet services and leading the overall Nawras Sales effort with regards to Fixnet services. You will manage, develop and retain key enterprise customers by optimizing the interactions and flow of information between the customer and the company.You will plan and compile input for the activity plans and assist to develop the company's existing offer and solutions portofolio. You will be expected to improve customer pipeline and to prepare Quarterly Reach Activity PlansYou will analyze usage levels and patterns to identify revenue increasing initiatives, together with the company's Business segment Manager and Sales Support Unit. You will also be monitoring the unpaid, overdue bills and taking action to settle the debts. Requirements

Requirements You have a university degree in a business management subject.You have at least 5 years of experience with sales/in a similar position or in customer project management. Your experience could be from other industries such as Oil & Gas, Toursim, Leisure & Hospitality and Manufacturing. Experience from Fixnet Telco/IT services will be a big bonus.You have good planning and organizing skills. You are very customer service focused with excellent communication skills (spoken and written). You have very good computer skills in using sales systems and MS Office. About the Company
