IT Support Coordinator Nawras Oman Ref: GP843-109 Nawras The Role The Role As an IT Support Coordinator you will be expected to support current MVNOs for all issues and to respect SLAs in place. You will be providing daily support to MVNO in order to resolve operational issues. You will implement and manage SLAs between Nawras and MVNO. You will conduct meetings with MVNO in order to provide support and training. You will develop and keep records of all the operational documents.You will be responsible for the following: * Capturing Customers requests and performing necessary follow-up with IT and Customer (internal / External)* Categorising and type of service, register and channel to the right team* Solving the problem or forward it to the concerned person/department* Communicating effectively and in a timely manner to the client* Prepare daily/weekly report regarding the issues or the general status* Preparing & implementing SLAs* Preparing development plans for small CRs & reports and following up on development or customisation progress* Excellent Documentation skills Requirements Requirements You have a University Degree in IT, you have ITIL, PM, certificates. You have minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in support and project management from IT, Telecom, Retail or Banking industries. you have good applications and HW skills. You have excellent communication skills and very good project management skills. You have very good knowledge of ITIL or similar standards. You have knowledge of Service Desk and SLA.
