Role: Our client is seeking a Head of Corporate Banking, who will report directly to the CEO. In this role, you will be supervising two unit heads. Your main responsibilities will be the following: Plan, organise, manage and control the department activities (portfolio) and resources in order to ensure optimal results Plan, organise, lead and monitor business development plans and programs in order to meet targeted results. Based on market information, meet and negotiate with customers in order to add good quality assets to the bankâs portfolio. Improve portfolio profitability by expansion of fee based income. Ensure internal, CBO guidelines and procedures are strictly followed in order to protect bankâs interest, avoid losses due to documentation problems and criticism by internal, external and CBO auditors
Requirements: In order to be considered for the position, you must have the following: 15 years of related experience in a Bank or related department  In depth understanding of business and functions related to the department  Minimum 3 years experience in heading the related department  Excellent innovative, marketing, communication, organising and leadership skills.  University Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Banking, Finance or related field.
