Â Continued expansion has created an exciting opportunity for a Manager to run one of our Plants who will track our progress through the present decade.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Â Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, your role will fundamentally be the entire management, operations and supervision of the refinery, you will work closely with the rest of your senior team to deliver the goals and objectives as laid out in the executive management vision plan for the next five years. This will include:-
Full control and delivery of the annual production and budget Enhance and develop current working relationships with all reporting Line Managers Create a common âbusiness wavelengthâ in order to achieve greater efficiencies and best work practices Strong/critical adherence to all QHSE within refinery Development and mentoring of Omani Nationals SKILLS: Â Degree qualified, probably in Chemical Engineering We think that you would have already acquired twenty years of experience in refinery operations particularly in a hydrocarbons processing environment At least five years in a senior management refinery based position Excellent knowledge of all HSE applications related petrochemical and oil refinery operations BENEFITS: Negotiable salary plus a full comprehensive range of executive benefits Based in Oman Business class airfares for s (more...)
