Our client â a Mobile Operator based in the Middle East is looking for an experienced Consumer Segment Marketing Manager.
This role provides strategic direction and leadership to the Consumer Segments team and promotes a culture driven by team work, innovation, commitment to customer satisfaction and drive to deliver commercial results. The responsibilities of this role also include: ⢠Ensure that the customer experience strategies and the retention and loyalty strategies are aligned to the marketing strategy across all segments ⢠Coordinate with the Marketing Strategy and planning team to identify new services for enhancing customer experience and customer loyalty ⢠Monitor the ongoing performance of all implemented customer experience and loyalty programs and take initiatives for improvement to boost sales and profitability ⢠To create, receive, define and propose offer concept opportunities.
⢠To work with cross functional members to further define the concept, target segment, needs and leveraging opportunities as well as factors which need to be researched in depth.
Required experience & skills: ⢠Knowledge of and product development and marketing experience. ⢠GSM experience and a good commercial skills in determining, interpreting , and implementing product propositions that will enhance business performance in target segment ⢠Strong market research, analysis, writing and presentation skills.
