Beauty Consultant

Job purpose:

To deliver excellent customer service through: Identifying customer needs, offering advice and demonstrating suitable products; building relationships with key customers and ensuring store standards are maintained in order to achieve sales targets and cultivate customer loyalty.

Job Brief:

• Advise customers on and demonstrate, wherever required, the various skin care and beauty products available and the most suitable, to enable them to make a well-informed decision on purchases.

• Sell products and participate in sales promotion activities to achieve sales targets.

• Offer Facial Massage services to select customers by prior appointment with a view to build lasting relationships with key customers cultivate brand loyalty and boost sales.

• Merchandise products on the store shelves as per company guidelines with a view to promote brand visibility and gain maximum mileage out of the display.

• Verify stocks everyday to replenish the same and also to monitor the sales of various products, so as to maintain minimum stocks of all products at all times.

• prepare and submit various reports including competitor’s information, periodically, and attend weekly sales meetings to enable the Brand Manager to monitor the sales turnover and effectiveness of the entire team

person Specification:

• O’ level / intermediate,

• Diploma / certificate in Cosmetology and Skin Care

• 1 to 2 years relevant experience

• Knowledge of spoken and written Arabic and English essential

• Driving License

• Exposure to multi-cultural working environment

• High level customer service orientation
