A young and rapidly expanding company, Al Tayer Trends is now looking for a Assistant Restaurant Manager

Job purpose:

To ensure smooth and efficient operations whilst enhancing customer satisfaction and profitability.

principal Accountabilities:

1. provide information and advise customers on the menu and keep abreast with all the latest products and services that will be offered.

2. Oversee system transactions and control the voiding system, opening & cash out procedure, system reconciliation, and daily banking procedure in absence of Restaurant Manager.

3. Handle customer queries /comments to ensure customer satisfaction and delight.

4. Maintain optimum stock levels to ensure smooth running of operations to cater to customer demands.

5. Maintain hygiene standards and monitor regular quality checks for the outlet.

6. Guide, train, develop and motivate subordinates to achieve their objectives and work to their best potential to perform effectively on the job.

Knowledge Skills and Experience:

University degree in relevant technical or business related discipline with tertiary qualification in Hospitality Management.

Good understanding for the Franchising concept.

Computer skills.

Ability to think beyond the immediate perceived requirement of the customer.

Communication and management skills.

3- 4 years total relevant experience.
