Asset Planning Manager > Muscat, Oman My client is a government owned company within Oman who were formed to plan, execute and operate the wastewater collection, treatment and reclaimed water distribution system in the governorate of Muscat. They currently have an immediate need for an Asset Planning Manager to lead the development and documentation of their long term asset strategy and plans including system modeling, demand forecasting and asset planning. This long term position is for an experienced professional and you will be expect to establish a team to carry out conceptual planning, design and approval of projects and programs of work and to oversee maintenance or improvement of asset reliability and performance and safety. Requirements:
Degree qualified Engineer. Minimum of 15 years experience post graduate experience of which 5 have been spent in asset management. Several years experience of applying sustainability policies. Excellent experience in CAD, GIS, Database Management systems and Asset & Works Management Systems. Responsibilities:
Contribute towards developing policy on risk management for my clients plants and network assets, aimed at preventing or dealing effectively with potential risks. Define and develop the asset strategy, asset master plan and supporting asset management plans for the organization that supports and enables the achievement of overall objectives within the organization.
