Job Description: A GREAT OPPORTUNITY HAS BECOME AVAILABLE FOR A SOUS CHEF TO JOIN THE BRIGADE AT THIS NEW OPENING RESTAURANT IN KUWAIT - PART OF A HIGHLY SUCCESSFUL GROUP. This group is doing the business, it serves great food in a bright and buzzy atmosphere. There are now seeking a Sous Chef to add to the team of 8 in assisting in creating a modern menu. This successful operation needs an enthusiastic Sous Chef who is able to cope well under pressure, be able to step up a gear when the restaurant gets busy (this venue does get extremely busy), a versatile chef who can assist in all areas in the kitchen and someone who prides themselves on creating consistently good quality dishes created from all fresh produce. We are looking for quality chefs - an all cook from fresh background is essential and rosette experience (ideally 2AA rosette) is preferred. For the role of Sous Chef you will get a salary of £22,000 is available for this role plus great tips. The salary is tax free and accommodation is also included. You can also be assured you will be joining a growing and highly successful company which will be able to offer you great training and progression in the future. The company also has great expansion plans over the next 2 years and so there is a great chance you could progress to Head Chef with this group in the near future.
