Our client – a large Fixed Line Operator based in the Gulf Region is looking for a Vp Commercial (Chief Commercial Officer). The Job: The Vp Commercial manages the commercial area (marketing, sales, customer care), including staff development, budgeting, and policy implementation. He defines a strategic commercial plan, to generate commercial revenue and customer satisfaction, to ensure efficient and effective deployment of people, means and systems within agreed budgets and in line with corporate strategy, brand and people values, to contribute to the profitability and expansion of the company. Manages and develops corporate image and reputation, and protect and develop the company's brands via suitable marketing communication activities and intellectual property management. Vp Commercial provides recommendations to the CEO on major commercial decisions and carry out the commercial policy decisions made by senior management.

Required qualifications and experience: • Education : University degree, preferably accompanied by MBA • Experience : previous experience of successfully managing Marketing and Sales department of a reputable fixed line operator is essential.
