Major Technology Organization based in Kuwait is looking for a Recruitment Manager – Kuwaiti National. The purpose of the role: • Implement best practices in sourcing and selection to ensure the company hires the best talent. • Use the optimal selection tools to ensure skills are assessed before a hiring decision is made. • Undertake competency based interviewing. • Develop and implement a screening process for conducting 1st level screening of applicants. • Support campus recruiting initiatives, community job fairs etc. • Co-ordinate internal job opening postings on the company Intranet and working with the Line Managers assist them in selecting the most suitable candidate. • Manage all recruitment via the recruitment database. • Maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies. • Input all job vacancies onto Job Boards to ensure the broadest reach for talent attraction. • Extend offers to candidates and negotiate with them to a positive conclusion. Job Requirements: • Kuwaiti Nationals Only • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree • 5 years experience within recruiting environment • In depth knowledge of competency based interviewing • Able to understand and administer assessment tests • Recruitment database management • Knowledge of local and regional market Successful track-record from similar roles must be demonstrated to be considered for the role.
