Recruitment Consultant Manpower Professional Kuwait, Kuwait Ref: HP647-220 Manpower Professional The Role The Role We are a global leader in employment services with 4,200 offices in 80 countries. We are currently seeking a dynamic and professional Recruitment Consultant for our Kuwait office to identify, attract and convert new business, markets and customers to achieve profit targets for the professional market. Your responsibilities will include: - Focusing on business development to increase the companys client portfolio; - ping in new vacancies for the section and the panch by initiating sales calls, research and networking; - Conducting CV searches, shortlists and candidate interviews to determine if the candidates are suitable for any current opening/s or for retention on the section database for the future; - Retaining existing clients by providing an efficient and effective service at all times and developing a closer working relationship to gain trust and confidence to promote business. Requirements Requirements Experience delivering senior recruitment assignments (at least 18 months); Experience in selling and delivering recruitment solutions (at least 18 months); Good client relationship management skills; Experience developing proposals and responding to bids; Ability to introduce and manage innovative staffing solutions; Demonstrated communication & presentation skills; Solid organizational skills; Intermediate MS Excel & Word skills; High level of commercial acumen.
