Â What will I be doing
The Recreation & Club Manager has overall responsibility for managing the Health & Fitness team within the hotel to ensure a consistently positive experience for our Club members and guests. The main responsibilities of the role include: Managing the Health Club team members to ensure high motivation, provision of high quality service and ongoing development for team members Driving the Department to meet and exceed agreed revenue targets through a creative approach to delivering alternative programmes to core fitness-based schemes Building the Health Club's annual budget and be accountable for maintaining and operating within financial targets Managing customer feedback effectively to ensure continuous improvement in the service and programmes we offer guests and members  What are we looking for
As Health & Fitness Manager we are expecting you to have: A minimum of 2 years experience in fitness and recreation management Industry recognised related education qualifications A strong customer focus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience of managing / supervising a successful team An in-depth understanding of health & fitness with a creative drive to improve the service we offer Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language past experience in a multi cultural environment and experience in the Middle East will be a strong advantage What benefits will I receive
