Tangent International are currently seeking a 3G RF Optimisation Engineer for a permanent position based in Kuwait.
Candidate Requires: Engineering degree in Telecommunications (Bachelors or Masters). Minimum 5 years of Experience in RF Optimization, out of which 2 years with Nokia 3G is must. Knowledge of GSM, 3Gpp standards. Strong experience with MapInfo & Business Objects applications (knowledge of other pM tools is optional) User level knowledge of NSN NetAct OSS. Strong Knowledge of Nokia 2G & 3G RF parameters and Concepts Experience with new feature testing and implementation. Hands on experience with RAS06 or RU10 RAN SW release. Experience with analysis and post-processing of measurement data (TEMS and Qvoice). Detailed knowledge of Ericsson 2G/3G KpIs and counters (3G part is a must).
