Description One of our client's is looking to appoint a Projects Coordinator .Your main duties will include Perform duties and responsibilities of Projects Coordinator for site projects Handle the Original Contract documents of the main Contractor and Sub-contractors Coordinate all on-going projects Liaise on issues with site offices and Finance Dept. on sub contractors, supplier's payments, casual staff salaries, payment for various works and petty cash to Project Managers, etc. Prepare documentation for submission to Tender Coordinate for purchase order from Project Managers to Procurement Dept Prepare miscellaneous Auto Cad drawings.
