We are looking for Project Engineer / Project Manager to work for an EPC client on an Oil & Gas project in Kuwait. You will be carrying out Infrastructure (buildings, hospitals) projects and must have experience in these type of builds.
Project: It is a 5 year contract with the Kuwait Oil Company, who operates all of Kuwait's upstream facilities. We had been given the responsibility for one area of Kuwait (likely to be two other contracts, looking after two other areas). Our scope of work will be FEED / PMC for all projects within our area. We will be working with a western office, which we will nominate. The western office will undertake 20% of the work and the Kuwait team the other 80%. Our expectations are that the Kuwait team will be 200+ strong. Projects executed within this 5 year timeframe will likely be USD4-5B. It will include small Brownfield mods, major Brownfield upgrades and some Greenfield projects. The opened positions are to be located in Kuwait. The requirements are: B. Sc. Eng from an accredited university Native western candidate Min 15 years total post graduation experience Min 10 years post graduation experience in infrastructure construction projects, buildings, involved with hospitals, large office complexes and/or museum/display centers 5 years of minimum post graduation experience at a project management level in the related designation / specialty. Must have proven track record managing large sized infrastructure, construction projects . Must have demonstrated ability of effective functioning in a multi-cultural environment, preferably in the Middle East. JSU
