Our client â Rapidly Expanding Mobile Operator Group is looking for a Business planning and M&A Manager
The purpose of the role is to:
⢠Assist in the development of best practice for Group and subsidiary business planning departments; ⢠participate in the conversion of strategic objectives into tangible projects through the development of financial models in regards to acquisition targets; ⢠Assist in the creation of acquisition or investment planning tools; ⢠Involved in the assessment of risk exposure and subsequent of methods of mitigation; ⢠Assist in the business case production for or against relevant development opportunities; ⢠Management of third party resources; ⢠Assist in the management of due diligence process where it effects the business plan; ⢠Ensure internal due diligence,
including red team reviews, is rigorous and independent; ⢠Documentation of M&A process, including plans, work done, approvals, post acquisition support etc
Will also contribute into the development of the overall M&A strategy and can support the evaluation of specific internal strategic plans.
Required Experience:
? 10 years business experience or equivalent is preferred of which a minimum of 2 - 3 years is in the telecoms environment is preferable ? Business planning experience critical ? Should have been involved in multiple M&A or transaction related projects in the past ? Knowledge of Telecom market developments, financials and industry trends ? Able to create financial models, presentations to Board level, partners and key stakeholders  EOB
