Description Our client a leading suppliers of phones and modems and other solutions like multimedia, wireless, and broadband access in the Middle East is seeking an IPS Sales Manager who is driven and experienced industry professional to improve customer satisfaction and at all times acts with the objective to maximize sales level market share profitability of the organization.Your other duties will include Identifies and develops overall and specific business opportunities Analyses and qualifies all opportunities (size, competition, chance of success, worthiness) Maximizes the volume of recurrent orders and sales by leveraging the total ALU offer, from box-seller to solution provider generating new customer demands organizing appropriate promotions of the our client's Solutions and Products portfolio. Creates maintains manages all access channels to the Accounts. Identifies the possible local partners to work with for specific accounts andor business opportunities Is overall responsible for customer satisfaction and services the Accounts in all aspects of the business cycle Coordination of ALU sales support teams (RU BandP, RU SSM and BDs) during the complete cycle (pre-sales sales post-sales) in relation with above points Advises and orients colleagues in their dealings with the Customer staff Creates and maintains an accurate database of names and organization of the Accounts Acts at all times in accordance with the ALU Corporate rules and procedures and complies with the ALU's statement on business practices. Proposes and is responsible for the overall ALU strategy towards the assigned IPS Accounts Proposes and implements specific sales strategies per opportunity in coordination with respective involved ALU Sales support staff Manages and coordinates the Account Team (actual or virtual) and ensures that ALU sales processes are followed (KOM, ORM, RAC etc.) Regularly reports (min. monthly) of all ALU activities on the Accounts, including orderssales forecasts. Escalates issues as appropriate Reports on market intelligence and competition activities Double reporting to countrycluster hierarchy and to RU IPS lead team.
