He/she will be an accomplished retail banker with an exceptional track record of delivering strong and consistent results. The head of sales and distribution, retail will be instrumental in creating and implementing the retail strategy plan to grow and expand the business, increasing the profitability of the bank. With crucial leadership qualities, this individual will be required to provide guidance and support to the team reporting to him/her. He or she will have keen business acumen and will proactively help to minimise risks and frauds.
