A world ranked and leading Architectural, Engineering, and Project and Construction Management firm with offices in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Bahrain, Dubai, Kuwait, Qatar and Oman are now recruiting a dynamic and energetic individual to head their HVAC Design Division in KuwaitResponsibilitieso Leading the design and implementation of some of the most prestigious and internationally recognised projects within the region. o Manage large and complex HVAC construction projects.o Review contract documents.o Review estimate and prepare budget for the project.o Supervise the work of project engineers, detailers and field foremenRequirementso Must have strong design capabilities in the areas of HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection systems, including the ability to critically review drawings, calculation and specifications at all design stages and provide valuable design input and direction.o You will also have been working in a similar consultancy environment for a number of years and be degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering or similar. o Previous Management experience is essential to this role. o Extensive years experience working within a consultancy o Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or Certified Mechanical Engineer o Extensive knowledge in the HVAC field o Commercial and Industrial project experience Skills BBT
