Description One of our clients is looking to appoint a Finance Manager.You will be responsible to direct over all-financial plans and assist in preparing budgets for all business units. Set-up financial and accounting policies in line with Kuwait regulations and Int'l. Accounting standards. Establish and maintain relationships with banks and financial authorities. Ensure development and enforcement of guidelines in respect of financial planning, financial accounting, budgeting and financial control, treasury and financial reporting. Ensure financial planning is carried out to cover projected financial needs of all projects. Oversee preparation of financial statements and management information reports. Liaise with external auditors to prepare and finalize audited financial statements accurately and on time. Oversee the development and implementation of financial procedures and control tools. Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards (local as well as international) for accounting, financial reporting and regulatory provisions for taxation where applicable.
