A leading international construction and engineering company has a requirement for a Regional Construction Manager to cover the Asia & Middle East regions. With offices in over 30 countries this global organisation specialises in providing professional services to the energy, resource and complex process industries.
Reporting to the Construction Director you will have overall responsibility for all construction management activities across the region. You will play an active role in promoting and driving all areas of technical design, scheduling, preliminary execution planning and cost estimating. Whilst participating in the early development of the overall Construction Management execution strategy and providing support to the project teams.
The successful candidate will come from an engineering background and have over 15 years experience in construction management in either offshore or onshore brownfields/greenfields major projects. You will have a proven track record in the successful management of HSE in major projects and have a strong understanding of onshore and offshore site safety requirements. It is important that you have a good appreciation of quality management, materials control and contractual issues. Applicants must have a proven experience working across either the Middle East or Asia.
