Reporting to the Chairman and CEO. the role of the CFO shall entail responsibility for all financial functions including but not limited to: *Business Model *Financial Management & Reporting *Corporate Accounts *Planning & Budgeting *Management Information System (MIS) *Treasury & Risk Management *Revenue & Cost Management *Aircraft Acquisitions & Financing *Contract Appraisals & Negotiations Other responsibilities also include working with various parties on the financial aspects of the company as well as liaising with banks etc ..... To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must have no less than 14 years of experience in finance, 2 years of that as a CFO or Acting CFO and no less than 4 years in a management position with an Airline. The client have yet to commence operations and so are looking for a CFO who understands the commitment needed to successfully grow the Airline.
