AJP: Salary: not specified Apply online Responsible for preparing drink orders according to standards. Also responsible for set-ups maintenance of service bar, ordering of juice and other beverages and ensure bar areas are stocked & that all work areas are clean and maintained according to standards. Requirements Basic skills in Barista. Strong Communication skills. Good knowledge of expiry dates tracking. Excellent follow up. proactive and reliable. Outgoing personality with great drive guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Follow Marriott policies and procedures. Report to work on time and neat clean and pressed uniform including name badge to appear at your best to the guest daily. Familiar with all drinks and beverages including the menu items and its accompaniments. Check and replenish glassware where needed. Attentive to orders given by the waiters and from the micros through out the operation. Should not leave until his reliever comes to take over and gives his full instructions to the reliever. Carrying out the other duties related to the scope of the job as requested.
