Banking& Finance Lawyer - Kuwait - Leading Law Firm

We are presently representing a new senior lawyer level role for one of our private practice law firm clients based in Kuwait. The practice is expanding in this market due to their strong reputation and solid client base.
They are looking to appoint a lawyer with over 5 years PQE and specialising in banking and finance for their office in Kuwait. The successful applicant will have experience of complex deals and cross border experience in both conventional and Islamic Finance transactions, corporate finance, acquisition finance, debt financing, real estate finance and corporate recovery.
In terms of personality the practice are looking for someone who is business minded and works to meet client objectives as the practice has excellent and high quality and in depth relationships with their GCC base.
It is anticipated that candidates will be experienced Associates from leading / top-tier firms who feel ready for the responsibility of moving to a leading practice and looking to challenge themselves and expand a practice. This role (more....) JS
