Description The Area SalesManager will report directly to the Director Sales for the Gulf Region He will oversee and direct all industrial sales activities, own end-user customer relations, monitor and engage with the local agents and local authorized repair centres and drive all the Business Development activities for the brands in his area His first six-months objectives will be: ⢠Become familiar with product offerings, employees, agents and end users. ⢠Establish face to face business relationship with key end users and main contractors. ⢠Engage with the local agent sales team, coordinate activities and develop a joint market / customer strategy ⢠Maintain profitability and selling reporting. Who we're looking for ⢠Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering ⢠Customer focused and results driven with strong interpersonal / relationship skills. ⢠Previous selling experience (5-8 years) in a multinational valve and process control company dealing with the Oil & Gas / Power Generation industries. ⢠Solid oil & gas and power industry business knowledge, with valves experience preferred. ⢠Gulf region experience and existing relations with oil & gas customers in countries of responsibility. ⢠Great ability to negotiate and strong commercial and business acumen and understanding. ⢠Ability to develop and grow relationships & sponsorship ⢠Strong English and Arabic Language skills both written and verbal (Arabic is a must) ⢠Work with all the selling team to develop strategies for market penetration regionally and locally About our client Multinational industry Oil and Gas business with a strong presence in the region What's on offer Competitive package for (more...)
