Provide complete guidance & support on the functionality of the Business systems. Provide consistency in the management of system related processes aimed at driving profitability for the Business. Through accurate data management enable business stakeholders to effectively & accurately plan & analyse business performance. Ensure continuous improvements in processes related to systems to enable the needs of the Business to be met. Requirements Requirements Provide accurate business data, information support, ideas & recommendations & work closely with a cross section of departments to achieve business objectives. Effectively works cross functionally with business stakeholders in order to provide accurate business data. Provide a lead role in providing information support as & when required. Provide ideas & recommendations to enhance the performance of reporting data & system management. Coach/mentor/train all new & existing team members to ensure system accuracy & ensure ongoing support. Provide the necessary, tools, training materials & coach to ensure system accuracy. Through collaborative efforts with the learning and development team & operations, coordinate & instigate the continuous learning of business partners as well as providing initial training & validation for new partners. Produce, maintain & update the appropriate learning materials associated with data management systems as required. Provide cross functional support, analysis & support for new product updates & information on promotional activities. Provide ad hoc analysis & support for new product updates. Advise on development methodology & coordinate / support enhancements within the framework Facilitate adaptation of new features & opportunities & ensure proper installation & configuration of all applications Provide timescales & system processes, reports & timely delivery of information. Provide timescales & system processes to business stakeholders to ensure consistency & timely delivery of information. Develop & deliver appropriate reports & systems to allow stakeholders to effectively identify strengths & opportunities efficiently. Graduate in Science/Electronics or MCA from a university of repute. Additional business degree is a definite plus. Min 5 yrs experience in similar capacity. Cross function communication skills written and verbal Ability to manage multi regional team Strong programming & debugging skills in SQL, PL/ SQL. Thorough understanding of Crystal/Business Object Suite. Well-versed in tables, indexes, Materialized views, table partitions, index partitions and datawarehouse methodologies. Knowledge in interfacing datawarehouse application with other applications or databases. Proficient in fine tuning application jobs, using optimization techniques.
