Accounting Manager- Must have worked in Media in the West: Job Details An exciting opportunity has been arisen to one of our client, one of a leading consultancy firm within the GCC region, they are looking to employ for Accounting Manager role to prepare the monthly Financial Statements of the Company and co-ordinate with Personnel and Services Section on employee related matters. Duties included but not limited to the following:
Prepare monthly P&L account & Balance Sheet for the HoD review. Administer Sun Accounting System (accounting software) for the daily account keeping. Issue design invoices/credit notes for the services and work executed to the clients. Review client contracts & Follow up receivables from Clients. Check and authorise payment vouchers to process payment. Supervise staff for daily routine accounting work. Co-ordinate with Personnel and Services Section on employee related matters like leave history chart audit, calculations for payment and payroll, approval of staff final entitlement for retention and payment, etc. Check and finalise payroll to transfer salaries to the employees through various Banks. Liaise with auditors for the annual audit of Financial Statements. Qualifications: Must have worked in Media in the west Must be a qualified Accountant from the West. ( CA or CPA) preferred. 10 years accounting experience as Senior/Chief Accountant. Knowledge of Sun accounting software. Should preferably be from a consulting or contracting background . Excellent communication skills. Email this job to a friend
