Associate: Real Estate Investment
A leading top-tier Investment Team require a real estate and private equity professional with 3 to 5 years exposure to private equity / real estate transactions.

To Qualify
You Must be fluent in Arabic and English
Have a strong real estate transaction / advisory list (please list in CV)
Be in the MENA region
Experience:
1 .3-5 years experience in
• real estate division of investment company, and/or
• business development and finance division of real estate development company.
2.Sound commercial and operational experience with financial depth across various real estate deal structures.
3.Ideally exposure to real estate value chain from development through leasing, asset management and marketing.
4.Ideally exposure to investment lifecycle including deal sourcing, due diligence, closing, value creation and exiting.
5.Fund raising transaction experience in real estate would be beneficial.
Skills: Research and analytical skills Financial modeling Written and spoken communication skills (English and Arabic)
