We are presently inviting interest from lawyer candidates with experience in the GCC region with a specialism in Islamic Finance and conventional finance for one of our leading investment company clients.
Our client is a leading investment company with investment operations throughout the GCC and African region. They are looking to internalise some of their legal functions with the appointment of a confident level candidate - anticipated to be either Senior Associate or Partner level at present.
The candidate must have confident in Murabaha, Musharakah, Takaful, Istisnaa, Ijara, Tawarruq, Commodity Murabaha and Mudaraba.
