Reporting to the General Manager, the Group HR Manager will be responsible for maintaining at all time adequate human resources (quality and number) to meet the demand of all operations within the respective business unit, manage and oversee all BU-specific operations relating to recruitment, administration and contracts management. To fully implement an effective performance management system

RESPONSIBILITIES:

General: Ensure that the company’s culture is communized all across all locations in the region Decide and support execution of regional specifics concerning quality Reviews HR policies and practices within and between all locations in the region. Quality-HR champion for the region Support the accounts/sites on improving organization efficiency. Support with HR-due diligence in connection with acquisitions.

Compensation and Benefits: Is responsible for the correct application of the organisation Reward and Recognition systems and processes Manages compensation packages for the Management teams in all locations of the region. Provides input to salary review processShare with HQ Compensation and Benefits team the execution of Salary Surveys for the region Drive the Payroll. Fully responsible for the timely salary execution including benefits and the monthly pay-out Drive the Merit award process Leads communication / implementation / execution of incentive schemes in all locations of the region

Employee Relations: Ensure company standards are properly executed in the region. Partnerships with European Employee Relations to ensure that the regional needs are addressed concerning Employee Communications, Labor Relations and Employee Involvemen Define the regional strategy on Labor Relations and ensures its correct execution Fully responsible for correct execution of the Employee Survey, following by the business requirements and the decision of VP HR. Train and support all locations in the region on execution of the survey and on preparing and manage improvement plans Share best practices within the region and with HR EHQ Share ECF execution with European Employee relations. Prepares all regions to ensure all potential risks are minimized.

Central Staffing: Get regional breakdown of HR Resource Plan from Talent Acquisition Execute all recruitment and selection activities (requested by the HR BA or Talent Acquisition) within local limits Ensures staffing efficiency across the accounts/buildings/sites within the region Execute De-Staffing activities ensuring company standards are followed as well as legal requirements. Staff and Direct labor De-Staffing is executed by local country HR following HR region directives Ensure correct application of Succession planning tools within the accounts/buildings/sites through training and coaching. Consolidates BA plans for the region Provide the training in the region. Ensure that Performance Management is cascaded properly done down to the level of   the Branch staff.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors Degree Specialization or certification in Human Resources Management Minimum 10 years of experience including 5 in management with a large company Proven experience in value added technical HR methods and systems Excellent communication skills in both English Arabic a must Good knowledge of the UAE Labour Law Sound knowledge of HR best practices Commitment Achievement Team Work Entrepreneurship Planning and organising Process management Managerial courage   Additional Information  MS
