Wahooo! Waterpark-Bahrain is looking for a Commis 1, highly motivated, energetic, fun loving and enthusiastic team player, with good communication and interpersonal skills and able to carry out his duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Key Tasks 1.Follow our recipes and cooking procedures. Our food should look and taste the same every day, regardless of who is cooking. 2.Follow our safety and sanitation guidelines. 3.Inform a manager or supervisor if a product does not meet our requirements. Do not throw anything away without informing a supervisor. Always record any lost product on a waste sheet. 4.Rotate the product correctly so that the oldest product is used first, to minimize waste. Remember food cost and waste is everybodyâs responsibility. 5.Always properly wrap and store food, using labels and day dates. 6.Do not give away a product. Giving away or asking for food without a ticket is the same as theft and is grounds for termination. 7.Report all accidents or injuries immediately to a manager, no matter how small they may seem. 8.Inform management of any missing or damaged equipment. 9.Ensure proper use of equipment and utensils and keep them clean and well maintained. 10.Maintain workstations and areas, keeping them clean and orderly. 11.Study safety and sanitation as outlined in our manuals and guidelines, your knowledge in these areas are critical. 12.Always inform a manager or supervisor when leaving your station for any reason. 13.Never leave premises for any reason, when you are on the clock, unless given permission by the manager on duty.
Position Requirements
COMPLEXITY: 1.Should at least have a Higher Secondary qualification. 2.Fluent English speaking. 3.Previous experience in a similar role. 4.Should have effective communication and inter-personal skills. 5.Customer Service Focused 6.Team Player 7.Capability to work under pressure, meet tight time deadlines and results orientated 8.Very presentable and well groomed and outgoing
