THE COMPANY A UK and Bahrain based investment firm that is growing fast and expanding itâs operations in the Middle East. The company comprises 45 staff in Bahrain and this covers 9 nationalities.
THE ROLE Working as a Team Administrator within Client Services you will be reporting to the Swiss-French Department Manager and his team of 4 working on the sales support side of the business. Duties include: ⢠Assisting your French speaking boss and the team ⢠Proof reading of all documents in English ⢠Ensuring that the house âstyleâ is adhered to ⢠Liaising with senior management within the Bahrain office and also in the London office ⢠Liaising with various external service providers and professionals ⢠Acting as the âlinkâ and facilitator between your team in Bahrain and external contacts ⢠Producing presentations (Powerpoint) to deadline, correspondence and memos ⢠Full use of Ms Office on a daily basis
