THE COMPANY A UK and Bahrain based investment firm that is growing fast and expanding it's operations in the Middle East. The company comprises 45 staff in Bahrain and this covers 9 nationalities.
THE ROLE Working as a Marketing and Events Team Administrator within the CEO office you will be reporting to a well known British ex-Financial Times journalist and his team doing a job that will evolve. Duties include: * Assisting the team in organizing and co-ordinating various events and conferences * Liaising with external journalists and representatives of the international Press * Ensuring that the newly developed house "style" is adhered to * Assisting with the design of events, developing new ideas for conferences etc * Liaising with senior management within the Bahrain office and also in the London office * Producing presentations (Powerpoint) to deadline, correspondence and memos * Full use of Ms Office on a daily basis
REQUIREMENTS The ability to start asap Events/PR background
