A wonderful opportunity exists for a Bahraini National to join this Private equity business in an Associate role in the investment team.
You role will be to:
- To participate in private equity deals from inception to close and manage post-acquisition issues
- Conduct acquisition analysis using technical skills which will include financial modelling - Assist with development of acquisition and research strategy - Undertake valuations, research and due diligence
-Assist in new business development and origination
You will be degree qualified from a top university and will have a minimum of 3/4 years experience in top tier/bulge bracket investment bank and/or a premier private equity firm. Ideally (more...)
