Job Description Provides employee services pertaining to leave, air tickets, payroll enquiries, etc, by coordinating with relevant departments. Facilitates separation process (resignation/termination of employment) by coordinating with relevant departments, to ensure the employees concerned receive their terminal benefits and the fulfillment of all other statutory requirements per the HR policy. Generates MIS reports to the management and highlights areas for improvement in HR functionality towards provision of best services to the business units. Coordinates recruitment activity for assigned position(s), from sourcing to selection or as advised, by advertising vacancies, collecting and short listing resumes and completing the recruitment process in accordance with recruitment policy for positions undertaken. Co-ordinate and arrange necessary formalities for selected candidates, like visas, flight tickets, hotel accommodation etc, as applicable. Conducts all joining formalities and facilitates the on boarding process, by coordinating with relevant departments to ensure that the new employee is successfully settled down. Recruits and places approved temporary staff in coordination with line manager and maintains all information pertaining to temporary employees to arrange for payment of salaries and to enable management to decide on (more...)
