Job Description You will finalize and manage contracts with suitable service providers for cleaning and housekeeping services and monitor quality of work to ensure high standards. You will direct and manage the procurement of administrative equipment and supplies, ensuring quality, cost effectiveness and selection of suitable suppliers. You will formulate, gain approval on and implement departmental plans and budgets, ensuring subsequent adherence to approved budgets and the availability of funds as and when needed. You should have expert knowledge of Government and federal bodies, immigration and trade license & legal Authorities.as well as budgeting ,suppliers and invoice verification. You will have a strong understanding of interpersonal cultural mix , excellent computer skills and be an effective communicator.
