Qualification ... other requirements - Degree in Mechanical Engineering ( or Masters Degree) - 15 Years Experience in heavy engineering / fabrication unit. - Last 5 years experience in Managerial positions.- - Computer literate - Ability to lead an organization with around 300 permanent employees. - Well versed with Design / Project Management / Planning / Financial and general administration. - Previous experience with reputed organizations are preferable |
