The requirements for the candidate will be as follows:
• To have a qualified resident engineer able to respond promptly to any internal or external attacks.
• Provide Monthly status reports to ensure attention to any network issues
• Provide Support and advice on Netscreen security related issues.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis troubleshooting increases profitability of network investment
• Juniper Networks Netscreen Firewall - Maintaining and improving service levels to end clients - Juniper Resident Engineer is local to the Bank’s SOC and will act as Bank’s dedicated resources, committed to delivering the best service to the main targeted end-clients (upon guidance from Bank’s SOC Management staff).
• Unify, simplify & document all procedures, and work flows related to firewall processes
• Improved utilization of Bank’s internal resources - Resident Engineer is tasked to support onsite the Bank’s staff by delivering onsite training on the job and dedicated personal technical coaching on Juniper Netscreen Firewall Technologies
• Review the Netscreen Firewall’s configuration ensuring that they are inline with international security best practices.
• Analysis of configuration of Security Products to work with Juniper Netscreen Firewalls
• Administration / Configuration of new and existing Juniper equipment / software
• Managing and tracking open trouble tickets, RMAs, and open bug reports
• Implementation and management of Juniper Netscreen Security Manager
• Have detailed knowledge on Netscreen Security Manager
• Should hold at least Juniper Networks Certified Internet Specialist (JNCIS-FWV) certification. Skills

The engineer must also have attended the following training courses
• NetScreen Advanced VPN Implementation (NAVI) certification (provide evidence)
• NetScreen Management, Troubleshooting, and Performance Tuning (NMTP) (provide evidence)
