| Description: Our Client is one of the world's leading International Civil Engineering and contracting groups, operating throughout Europe, the Americas and Asia Pacific. Although the company have a number of core divisions, Construction is the main core competence comprising of traditional construction and construction management in the field of building construction, civil engineering and infrastructure facilities. The company have just been awarded a contract to build a commercial mixed use development in Doha, comprising of office and residential buildings, with ground-level shops along an . km long avenue. The first phase of the contract invloves a pre-construction agreement involving cost estimation of the project. During this time they will review the design documents and decide on the method of project delivery and the time needed for procurement, installation and construction. During the second phase they will execute the project as a main contractor. The scheme is due for completion in early . They are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to take over the project from pre-construction through to development and hand-over. You must be degree qualified in Civil Engineering and or building and professional qualified MICE or MCIOB. Major International project experience ideally with the Gulf. German language skills would be an advantage but not a necessity.
