Experience in the preparation of complex request for proposals, analysis of contract requirements, special provisions, terms and conditions. Provides contractual guidance to team members. Manages change control process. Develops negotiation strategy and is part of the negotiation team on complex contractual issues. Solid understanding of contract administration rules and regulations to ensure that contract procurement is strategic in nature, expedient and results in high quality / cost effective network.
