Description PROJECT MANAGER CONSTRUCTION AND BUILDINGS
Client:
My Client is a leading Design, Engineering and Project Management Services for the Middle East.
Project:
A massive Mixed Use Development in Doha costing in excess of $1.3Billion.
Role:
Provide direction and management of site based supervision on a large scale fast track development and to ensure project is finished within time and on budget. You will be responsible for management of site / construction in accordance with contractual obligations.
Requirements/Responsibilities:
You will need to be educated to degree level in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture or equivalent. Have excellent working knowledge of industry practices/quality management services. A strong level of critical thinking with numerical skills. Clear verbal of literacy skills in English as well as strong written and computer literacy. Thorough knowledge, experience and skills in construction methods, sequence and related contractual matters.
