Public Relationship Officer - Qatar

Job Description:

Responsibilities

1.Visa processing to procure visas (of any kind) for inbound and outbound employees
a) Liaison with immigration authorities in all of the process concerned
b) Liaison with labor department authorities
c) Liaison with embassies
d) Visa documentation and submission
e) Maintaining proper records regarding the employees
2. Liaison with government authorities and businesses for many statutory / other registrations and their renewals
3. Liaison with GE business customers and Qatar relevant government authorities to procure the various security passes for the entry of GE employees into their premises (if needed)
4. Pro-active and advance notification about any changes in government rules & regulations
5. Assisting in customs clearance.

Qualifications

* 2/3 years experience of working in a similar role
* Ability to effectively manage workload and time in order to meet constantly changing demands of the job
* Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing
* Strong Project Management Skills
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office package of software including Arabic language software
* Fluent in Arabic language (Writing, speaking, translating from Arabic to English and vice-versa in order to assist in communicant with GE business
