Is highly responsible, senior level work involving construction management, coordination, and construction contract management, and on-site field inspection work for a wide variety of projects. Ensures construction projects are completed on time and to the client's satisfaction. Assists in staffing, outlining project plans, setting project goals/deadlines, and evaluating performance. Responsible for the coordination, assignment and supervision of construction staff and others as assigned. Skills Familiar with a variety of the civil engineering's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Team player, leads and directs the work of others.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Reports to top management.
