Responsibilities
Develops practical and innovative ways to identify and meet goals. Is responsible for work that is less defined in scope and has the understanding and experience to execute business objectives. This role has the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals. - Executes the design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product/program requirements. - Provides technical leadership to personnel supporting the assigned project. - Documents technical data generated by the assigned project consistent with engineering policies and procedures. - Provides timely communications on significant issues or developments. - Participate on teams assigned to address organizational initiatives and generic issues. - Participate as a presenter or reviewer in technical and program reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Computer Science - At least 3 additional years of experience in an engineering position
Desired
- Strong technical aptitude, including applicable multi-disciplinary engineering tools and systems experience - MS or higher degree preferred - Familiarity with AeroMechanical design/operation of O&G machinery is preferred. Expander experience is a strong plus - Self starter and ability to handle projects with minimum support - Strong oral and written communication skills - Strong interpersonal and leadership skills - Proven ability to work well in teams BT |
