Responsibilities

The Contractual Performance Manager will be responsible for all aspects of management and optimisation of the assigned maintenance contract.
Main accountabilities will be:
Be responsible for the execution of the project in terms of main contractual obligations: timely delivery, quality, compliance with contract scope as well as expected profitability of the project itself
Play a proactive role in problems identification and resolution during the project by highlighting potential areas of concern and promptly driving other departments in solving issues which affect project execution
Ensure that all work being delivered respects specific country regulations guarantying good relations with local authorities
Have the responsibility to manage local technical and administration staff as well as expatriate population in full compliance
Hold relationship with customer representatives at all levels
Be responsible for all controllership aspects of the contract
He/she is also accountable for EHS performance, with respect with compliance with programs and procedures, and fulfillment of personal Goals & Objectives.

Qualifications

BS Engineering
Good knowledge of Turbomachinery
7/10 years of experience as Project Manager
Fluent written and spoken English
Experience in managing cross-cultural teams
Strive for achieving project goals and customer satisfaction
Experience in offer preparation, negotiation stage, offer review and order closure (Inquire to Order phase)
Strong team leadership and team building skills
Very good communication/presentation skills
