Provide all field operations and installations for customers on his premises.

Plan and perform installation of new equipment on customerâs premises
Perform problem determination and solve problems with customerâs facilities
Provide technical assistance and support to customers
Instruct customers on use of systems and solutions
Escalates issues to other departments providing customer perspectives and priority
Provide feedback to relevant departments
