Description Audit Analyst Ideal candidate must be Accounts Graduate with experience. Gulf experience, especially with Hotel / Construction groups would be an added advantage. Basic Requirements: Interpret Technical and Legal aspects of contracts. Draw basic guidelines for construction / management contracts. Write critical comments on contracts and agreements. Highlight contractual obligations and rights in the legal documents. Basic administration related work. Prepares studies, reports and analysis in areas such as budgets, forecasts, financial plans, statistical reports, cash flow projections and business forecasts. Develop necessary financial reports as per need arise from time to time for submission to the management. Scrutinize and gather necessary information of formal and informal departmental statistics, standards, policies and procedures, budget, room rate, business plans, contractual obligations, financial targets and achievements, quarterly and yearly financial statements, internal audit reports, external audit reports, etc. Should be able to do self correspondence and develop different finance and evaluation report, should be able to do working capital budgeting to write the full business plan. Experience in reading and understanding legal aspects and structure. Should be able to pinpoint pit falls in the contracts. A self motivated person. Willingness to learn.
