To assist the Business Systems Analyst in providing day to day support of SAP and other system within Materials Department. The majority of the support is to Materials department personnel (in excess of 300) but it also covers support of users in other departments across the corporation. Ability to resolve operational system problems reported by the end user. To monitor data quality and report errors and inconsistencies To provide technical support for all areas of Material business. This includes:- PC hardware PC software support and training Network support Lotus Notes support and training Intranet support SAP support and training Materials database systems To provide ad-hoc system reports and data downloads/uploads.
Education: Diploma or degree in information Management or Business related fields.
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office products including Microsoft Access.(Minimum 5 years) Lotus Notes. Competent with IT Infrastructure (Desktop H/W & S/W problems, Network). Web designer
Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience . An extensive working Knowledge of the following is required for the roll SAP Materials Modules. Microsoft Office products including Microsoft Access.(Minimum 5 years) QP
