Will perform the training activities of SAP-EHS and Audit Management Module. Will identify the training requirements, develop, install and deliver end-user training courses and coordinate training activities with end-user departments to ensure efficient and effective use of the system. Will also be responsible to effect changes to system configuration as may be demanded by changes to business processes and introduction of new functionalities. Will work closely with the Technical team to administer end user authorizations. The Senior Business Analyst will report to the Head Analyst - Logistics
Education Qualification:
Degree with emphasis on environmental, chemical or computer science.
Experience & Skill Level:
5 years relevant business experience in Health Safety Environment and Quality preferably in Oil & Gas related Industry. 3-5 years of SAP hands on experience in configuring and supporting EHS implementation experience. 2 Full cycle EHS implementations. Will need complete understanding of all integration points with SD, MM, PM and HR. Ability to collect end-user business requirements, document SAP functionality to satisfy requirements and design solutions using SAP technical development tools. Experience in EHS and Audit management training development & delivery, as well as thorough knowledge of learning approaches and instructional design. Should possess excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written, as well as good interpersonal, presentation and documentation skills. A proven self-starter and team player and be able to coordinate with other team members in completing assigned tasks.
